And to return the love here’s a fabulous Father’s Day gift that’s sure to make your daddy’s day a hoot!
You’ll need:
- Owl template (Download PDF from above)
- Scissors
- Cardstock paper (thick card paper)
- Brown and green colored paper (optional)
- Thread (preferably brown)
- Glue
- Coloured markers
- Hole punch
- Metal paper fasteners
Easy peasy steps:
Step 1:
Print the PlayShifu Father’s Day template on a card stock paper or any thick paper.
Step 2:
Cut out the individual pieces of the template along the dotted line. To make a tree branch – Roll the brown paper and tie its ends using a thread. Cut-out the green paper in the shape of leaves and glue them to the branch.
Step 3:
Glue the feet to the owl and line up the wings on the owl’s body and punch a hole using the hole punch.
Step 4:
Insert and close the holes using metal paper fasteners. Glue the owl to the branch.
Step 5:
Use markers to decorate your owl. Write a short teaser on the owl’s wing.
Step 6:
Write a sweet message at the bottom of the owl’s body.
